  • 1 premade pizza crust whole wheat
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce low sodium
  • 1 cup reduced fat mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 17 slices turkey pepperoni reduced fat
  • variety of vegetables

  • 1 premade pizza crust whole wheat
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce low sodium
  • 1 cup reduced fat mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 17 slices turkey pepperoni reduced fat
  • variety of vegetables

Instructions
  1. Wash hands, vegetables, and clean cooking area.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  3. Chop all your vegetable toppings.
  4. Remove crust from package and place on the baking sheet.
  5. Spread pizza sauce evenly on the crust.
  6. Add pizza toppings.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven for 8-12 minutes or until cheese in the center is melted and the crust is golden brown.
  8. Carefully remove from oven and let it stand for 5 minutes before serving.
  9. Cut into slices.
  10. Enjoy!

  • 1 large tomato chopped
  • 1 cup black beans mashed
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 8 100% whole wheat mini bagels
  • 1 cup canned corn drained
  • 1 cup reduced fat mozzarella cheese shredded

Instructions
  1. Wash your hands and clean your cooking area.
  2. Wash lettuce and tomato. Pat dry. Chop lettuce and tomato.
  3. Drain and rinse black beans.
  4. In a skillet or microwave safe container, combine beans, cumin and garlic powder. Mash thoroughly with a fork. Heat on low for 1 minute.
  5. Spread 1 tablespoon beans onto ½ of mini bagel.
  6. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of each corn, lettuce, tomato and cheese on top of beans.
  7. Serve immediately or cover and store in the refrigerator.
