Bocadillos De Rosquilla Con Frijoles Negros

Servings 1 bocadia de rosquilla

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cabeza de lechuga romana - cortada
  • 1 tomate grande - picado
  • 1 taza de frijoles negros - molidos
  • 1/4 de cucharadita de cominos
  • 1/4 de cucharadita de ajo en polvo
  • 8 rosquillas chiquitas de trigo integral 100%
  • 1 taza de elote enlatado - escurrido
  • 1 taza de queso mozzarella - rallado y reducido en grasa

Instructions
 

  • Lávese las manos y limpie su área para cocinar.
  • Lave la lechuga y el tomate. Séquelos a palmaditas. Corte la lechuga y el tomate.
  • Escurra y enjuague frijoles negros.
  • En una sartén o en un recipiente para microondas, mezcle los frijoles, el comino y el ajo en polvo. Muélalos bien con un tenedor. Caliéntelos a bajo poder por 1 minuto.
  • Unta 1 cucharada de frijoles en una mitad de la rosquilla chiquita.
  • Agregue 1 cucharada de cada ingrediente (elote, lechuga, tomate y queso) sobre los frijoles.
  • Sirva inmediatamente o cubra y guarde en el refrigerador.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 taza de fresas rebanadas u otro tipo de fruta fresca cortada en pedacitos
  • 1 galleta graham de 21/2 pulgadas, molida
  • 1/2 taza de yogur bajo en grasa, cualquier sabor
  • 1 cucharada de nueces picadas de cualquier tipo

Instructions
 

  • Lávese las manos y limpie el área en la que va a cocinar.
  • Lave y corte la fruta.
  • En una bolsa de plástico o en un tazón muela la galleta graham.
  • En un tazón pequeño ponga capitas de la galleta molida, el yogur, la fruta, y las nueces.
  • Sirva.

Ingredients
  

  • 10 Strawberries
  • 4 bananas

Instructions
 

  • Wash your hands and clean your cooking area.
  • Slice the banana approx. 1/2 inch thick.
  • Slice the top of the strawberry off and then slice the widest part of the strawberry approx. 1/2 inch thick.
  • Place the strawberries and bananas together to represent a candy cane.
  • On the bend you may wish to slice the strawberry / banana at an angle.
  • Use the end of the banana for the bottom of the cane curve.
  • Enjoy!

  • 4 cups Broccoli
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper - cut into strips
  • 1 1/2 cups Cauliflower Florets
  • 15 Pretzel Sticks

Instructions
 

  • Wash your hands and clean your cooking area.
  • Arrange broccoli on a platter in the shape of a tree.
  • Decorate with pepper strips and cherry tomatoes.
  • Place pretzels to form a trunk and add cauliflower as snow.
  • Enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup red bell pepper
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup squash
  • 1 tbsp canola oil

Instructions
 

  • Wash your hands and clean your cooking area, knife, and cutting board.
  • Wash all vegetables.
  • Cut vegetables into slices 1 to 2 inches long, dice, or chop.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add harder vegetables first (squash, onions, bell pepper). Cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring while you cook. Add more delicate vegetables (spinach). Cook and stir for 3 minutes.
  • Optional: Chose 1 to 2 seasonings/herbs to create different tastes.
  • Cover pan, lower the heat, and allow to cook for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender, and leafy vegetables are wilted. If the stir-fry is getting dry, add 2 tablespoons of water.
  • Cover and refrigerate leftovers.
