  • 1/2 cup fat-free or low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • ice and water as needed

Instructions
  1. Wash your hands and clean your cooking area.
  2. Place yogurt in a blender.
  3. Add blueberries, raspberries and extract to the yogurt and process until smooth.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
