Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Directions
 

  • Wash your hands and clean your preparation area.
  • Put yogurt, blueberries, raspberries and vanilla extract in the blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
