Ensalada de Papas con Yogurt

Ingredients
  

  • 4 tazas de papa pelada - picada, y cocinada
  • 1 taza apio - picado
  • 3/4 taza de yogur natural - bajo en grasa
  • 1 huevo
  • 1/4 taza cebolla - picada
  • 1 cucharada aceite de oliva - (extra-virgen)
  • 2 cucharada de vinagre
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto - (opcional)

Instructions
 

  • Lávese las manos y limpie su área para cocinar.
  • En una sopera grande, mezcle el yogur, cebolla, vinagre, aceite de olivo, apio, sal y pimenta, mezcle bien.
  • Suavemente mezcle las papas en la mezcla de yogur.
  • Refrigere la ensalada por una hora antes de servir.
