National Women’s Health and Fitness Day: Key Health Tips

Celebrated on the last Wednesday in September to encourage health awareness and physical activity for women of all ages!

πŸ’€ Get 7–9 Hours of Sleep – Quality sleep supports hormone balance, immune health, and mental clarity.

🌞 Avoid High Levels of UV Rays – Use SPF daily, wear protective clothing, and avoid peak sun hours (10 a.m. – 4 p.m.).

🩺 Prioritize Preventive Health – Schedule regular checkups and screenings (e.g., mammograms).
