Ingredients
  

  • 8 onzas de pasta de concha mediana crudo - (trigo integral opcional)
  • 2 zanahorias medianas - en rodajas
  • 1 imiento Morrón verde mediano - picado
  • 15 onzas de frijoles rojos enjuagados y escurridos
  • 15 onzas de garbanzo enjuagados y escurridos
  • 14.5 onzas tomate de lata picado sin sal
  • 2/3 taza de aderezo italiano
  • 1/2 taza de queso parmesano - rallado

Instructions
 

  • Lávese las manos y limpie su área para cocinar.
  • Lave las zanahorias y pimiento morrón, y preparé según los ingredientes.
  • Cocine la pasta según las instrucciones del paquete.
  • Escurra y enjuague la pasta, ponga a un lado para que se enfríe.
  • En un tazón grande, mezcle las zanahorias, el pimiento, los frijoles rojos, los garbanzos y los tomates.
  • Agregue la pasta cocida a la mezcla de vegetales.
  • Mezcle los ingredientes con aderezo Italiano y queso parmesano.
  • Refrigere antes de servir.
