Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • cups thawed, chopped spinach
  • cups low-fat shredded cheese
  • salt, pepper and garlic to taste

Directions
 

  • Wash your hands and clean your cooking area.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Drain thawed spinach to remove excess liquid.
  • Mix all ingredients well.
  • Pour into a 13 X 9 inch baking dish.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Cut into 3×3 squares and serve warm.
