- 5 chicken breasts uncooked
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- Additional seasoning as desired

Instructions
- Wash your hands and clean your cooking area.
- Combine the ingredients in the Pressure Cooker. Add the chicken breasts, seasoning, and chicken broth. Then briefly toss to combine, being sure to arrange the chicken in an even layer.
- Pressure cooking: cover with the lid and press, “Pressure Cook/Manual”. Use the +/- buttons to program for 10 minutes. Once the time is up, release the steam one of two ways: Natural Release: 5 minutes, followed by a quick release with remaining pressure, or set vapor release to “Vent” for Quick Release.
- Remove the lid and use two forks to shred the chicken. Toss with the remaining juices in the pressure cooker.
- Serve or store.
