Combine the ingredients in the Pressure Cooker. Add the chicken breasts, seasoning, and chicken broth. Then briefly toss to combine, being sure to arrange the chicken in an even layer.
Pressure cooking: cover with the lid and press, “Pressure Cook/Manual”. Use the +/- buttons to program for 10 minutes. Once the time is up, release the steam one of two ways: Natural Release: 5 minutes, followed by a quick release with remaining pressure, or set vapor release to “Vent” for Quick Release.
Remove the lid and use two forks to shred the chicken. Toss with the remaining juices in the pressure cooker.
