Arroz Florentino con Carne

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 libra de carne de res
  • 1 cucharada de cebolla finamente picada
  • 1 paquete de 10 onzas de espinacas congeladas (descongelar)
  • 1 cucharada de orégano
  • 1 1/2 tazas de arroz integral cocido
  • 1 cucharada de queso parmesano o ¼ taza de queso cheddar rallado bajo en gaso
  • 1 tomate mediano - picadito
  • 1 taza de agua
  • Sal y pimiento negra al gusto

Instructions
 

  • Lávese las manos y limpie su área para cocinar.
  • Lave y prepare las vegetales frescos.
  • Dore la carne y la cebolla juntas, escurra la grasa.
  • Empuje la mezcla de carne al lado de la sartén y agregue la espinaca, el agua, el tomate, la sal, la pimienta y el orégano.
  • Separe las espinacas y hierva la mezcla.
  • Agregue el arroz y mezcle. Cubra y retire del fuego, deje reposar por 5 minutos.
  • Rocie con queso y sírvalo.
