Show some love to your heart for American Heart Month!

February is American Heart Month and is a great reminder to focus on our heart health, and one of the best ways to keep our hearts strong is by staying physically active! Whether it’s a brisk walk, a fun dance class, or even some yoga, finding something you enjoy can make staying active feel like less of a chore.

Some ideas to stay physically active:

Walking: Energize your February and fall in love with life by choosing walking!

At Home Workouts: Keep moving even in cooler weather with fun at-home workouts!

Other heart-healthy activities: Aerobic, muscle strengthening, or bone strengthening:
