Ingredients
  

  • 4 tazas de brócol
  • 1 taza de tomates cherry
  • 1/2 chile morrón amarillo cortados en tiras
  • 1 1/2 tazas de floretes de coliflor
  • 15 palitos de pretze

Instructions
 

  • Lávese las manos y limpie su área de cocina.
  • En un plato, arregle el brocoli en forma de arbol.
  • Decore con tiras de chile morrón y tomates cherry.
  • Coloque los pretzels para formar un tronco y agregue el coliflor como nieve.
  • Sirva.

Cranberry Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces canned chicken breast, drained
  • 1 large celery stalk, sliced thin
  • 2 green onions, finely diced
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp yellow or Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper; to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash your hands, clean the cooking area and the tops of canned food items.
  • Drain the canned chicken. Add it to a medium mixing bowl. Separate with the edge of a spoon.
  • Slice the celery and dice the green onion into fine pieces. Add to the chicken.
  • Toss in the cranberries.
  • Add the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, and mustard.
  • Using a spoon, mix all the ingredients together until blended.
  • Add salt and pepper if desired.
  • Serve with whole grain bread or crackers.

Ingredients
  

  • 16 onzas de pechuga de pollo enlatada,

    escurrida

  • 1 tallo de apio grande, cortado en rodajas

    finas

  • 2 cebollas verdes, cortar en cubitos finos
  • 3/4 taza de arándanos secos
  • 1/4 taza de mayonesa ligera
  • 1/4 taza de yogur griego
  • 2 cucharaditas de mostaza amarilla o de Dijo
  • Sal y pimienta; al gusto

Instructions
 

  • Lávese las manos, limpie el área para cocinar y la parte superior de las latas.
  • Escurre el pollo enlatado. Agréguelo a un tazón mediano para mezclar. Desmenuse con una cuchara.
  • Cortar el apio en rodajas y la cebolla en dados finos. Añada al pollo.
  • Agregue los arándanos rojos.
  • Agregue la mayonesa, el yogur griego, y la mostaza.
  • Con una chuchara, mezcle todos los ingredientes.
  • Añada sal y pimienta si lo desea.
  • Sirva con pan integral o galletas.

Cheesy Slow Cooker Cauliflower

Ingredients
  

  • 24 ounces frozen cauliflower
  • 4 ounces low-fat cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup fat-free cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2-3 green onions, sliced (optional)
  • 3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)
  • Nonstick cooking spray (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Wash your hands and clean your cooking area.
  • Spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray or use a slow cooker liner.
  • Pour half of the cauliflower in an even layer in the slow cooker. Cut cream cheese into strips or cubes and layer half on the cauliflower. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese, onion powder, and bacon bits (optional) over the cauliflower.
  • Repeat by layering cauliflower, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, onion powder, and bacon.
  • Cook on low for 3-4 hours.
  • Stir, then sprinkle green onions on top and serve.

Ingredients
  

  • 24 onzas de coliflor congelada
  • 4 onzas de queso crema bajo en grasa
  • 1 1/2 taza de queso cheddar sin grasa, rallado
  • 1/2 cucharadita de cebolla en polvo
  • 2-3 cebollas verdes, cortadas en rodajas

    (opcional)

  • 3 rebanadas de tocino cocido,

    desmenuzado (opcional)

  • Aerosol para cocinar (opcional)

Instructions
 

  • Lávese las manos y limpie su área de cocción.
  • Rocíe la olla de cocción lenta con aerosol para cocinar o use un revestimiento para olla de cocción lenta.
  • Vierta la mitad de la coliflor en una capa uniforme en la olla de cocción lenta. Corte el queso crema en tiras o cubos y coloque la mitad en capas sobre la coliflor. Espolvoree con la mitad del queso rallado, la cebolla en polvo, y los trozos de tocino (opcional) sobre la coliflor.
  • Repita colocando capas de coliflor, queso crema, queso cheddar, cebolla en polvo y tocino.
  • Cocine a temperatura baja durante 3-4 horas.
  • Revuelva, luego espolvoree cebollas verdes encima y sirva
