Ingredients
  

  • 10 fresas
  • 4 bananas

Instructions
 

  • Lávese las manos y limpie su área de cocción.
  • Corte el banana en rodajas de aproximadamente 1/2 pulgada de grosor.
  • Corte la parte superior de la fresa y luego corte la parte más ancha de la fresa de aproximadamente 1/2 pulgada de espesor.
  • Coloque las fresas y los bananas juntos para representar un bastón de caramelo.
  • En la curva, es posible que desees cortar la fresa o el banana en ángulo.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • 1/2 tbsp pickled jalapeno peppers, diced
  • 1 cup frozen corn, thawed and well drained
  • 1/2 package (4-oz) reduced-fat cream cheese,

    softened

  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat shredded cheese
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Wash your hands and clean your cooking area.
  • Wash tomato under cool running water with a vegetable brush or your hand.
  • Chop tomato and jalapeno peppers.
  • Combine all ingredients in blender and blend well.
  • Serve with assorted vegetables, baked tortilla chips, or on top of grilled chicken breast.

  • 1 tomate pequeño, picado (en dados)
  • 1/2 cucharada de chiles jalapeños en escabeche, picado (en dados)
  • 1 taza de elote, descongelado y bien escurrido
  • 1/2 paquete (4 onzas) de queso crema reducido en grasa
  • 1/4 taza de queso rallado reducido en grasa
  • 1/8 cucharadita de ajo en polvo

Instructions
 

  • Lávese las manos y limpie su área de cocción.
  • Lave el tomate con agua corriente fresca con sus manos o un cepillo para verduras.
  • Pique el tomate y los chiles jalapeños.
  • Combine todos los ingredientes en la licuadora y lícuelos bien.
  • Sírvalo con distintas verduras, tostaditas de maíz, o sobre pechugas de pollo asadas a la parrilla.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded, cooked turkey breast
  • 12 oz frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 can (10-oz) low-sodium diced tomatoes with

    green chilies

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3/4 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Toppings: sliced avocado, cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Wash your hands, clean the cooking area and the tops of canned food items.
  • Heat oven to 350 °F.
  • In an oven-safe skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and bell pepper and sauté for approximately 3 minutes.
  • Add turkey, corn, tomatoes, and milk to the skillet. Stir well and heat through.
  • Stir in cornmeal, chili powder, and garlic powder.
  • Carefully cover the skillet with aluminum foil.
  • Bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 15 minutes.
  • Sprinkle cheese over the top and cook for 5 minutes or until melted.
  • Serve and enjoy!

  • 1 cucharadita de aceite
  • 1 taza de cebolla picada (en dados)
  • 1/2 chile morrón, picado (en trozos)
  • 2 tazas de pechuga de pavo cocida,

    desmenuzada

  • 12 onzas de elote congelado, descongelado
  • 1 lata (10 onzas) de tomates cortados con

    chiles verdes bajo en sodio

  • 1 taza de leche descremada
  • 1/2 taza de harina de maíz
  • 2 cucharadas de chile en polvo
  • 1 cucharada de ajo en polvo
  • 3/4 taza de queso cheddar bajo en grasa, rallado
  • Adorne con aguacate en rodajas y cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Lávese las manos, limpie el área para cocinar y la parte superior de las latas.
  • Caliente el horno a 350°F.
  • En un sartén para horno, caliente el aceite a fuego medio. Agregue la cebolla y el chile morrón y saltee durante aproximadamente 3 minutos.
  • Agregue el pavo, elote, tomates, y leche en la sartén. Revuelva bien y caliente.
  • Agregue la harina de maíz, chile en polvo, y ajo en polvo.
  • Cubra con cuidado la sartén con papel de aluminio.
  • Hornee por 45 minutos. Destape y hornee por otros 15 minutos.
  • Espolvoree queso por encima y cocine por 5 minutos o hasta que se derrita.
