Ingredients
  

  • 2 tazas de arroz cocido (arroz integral opcional)
  • 1 1/2 tazas de espinaca descongelada y picada
  • 1 1/2 tazas de mozzarella parte descremado rallado
  • Sal, pimienta y ajo al gusto

Instructions
 

  • Lávese las manos y limpie su área para cocinar.
  • Precaliente el horno a 400˚ F.
  • Mezcle todos los ingredientes bien.
  • Vacíelos en un molde para hornear de 13 X 10 pulgadas.
  • Hornee por 20-25 minutos.
  • Córtelo en cuadritos y sírvalo calientito.
