July is Park and Recreation Month – Let’s Get Moving!

We’re celebrating by stepping outside, soaking up the sun, and getting active in our favorite green spaces!

Whether you’re taking a stroll through the neighborhood park, joining a community fitness class, or playing a pick-up game with friends,

your local parks are the perfect place to move your body and boost your mood.

Ways to Get Active All Month Long:

Practice outdoor yoga at the park
Take a daily walk, jog, or bike ride through the park
Hit the courts or fields with family and friends
Explore a hiking trail you’ve never tried before
Pack a picnic and add a frisbee or jump rope for fun movement
Track your steps and set a new personal best
