Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/4 tazas de avena cruda
  • 1 cucharadita de polvo para hornear
  • 1/4 cucharadita de sal
  • 1 taza de puré de calabaza
  • 3/4 taza de leche baja en grasa
  • 1/4 taza de miel
  • 1 huevo grande
  • 1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
  • 1 1/2 cucharadita de especia de calabaza

Instructions
 

  • Lávese las manos y limpie su área de cocina.
  • Combine todos los ingredientes en un tazón grande y vierta en un plato cuadrado de pyrex que haya sido ligeramente engrasado.
  • Hornee a 350 F durante unos 35 minutos.
  • Refrigere las sobras.
  • Disfrutar!
