Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 taza de fresas rebanadas u otro tipo de fruta fresca corta-da en pedacitos
  • 1 gellata graham de 2 1/2 pulga-das - molda
  • 1/2 taza de yogur bajo en grasa - culaquier sabor
  • 1 cucharada de nuez picada de cualquier tipo

Instructions
 

  • Lávese las manos y limpie el área en la que va a cocinar.
  • Lave y corte la fruta.
  • En una bolsa de plástico o en un tazón muela la galleta graham.
  • En un tazón pequeño ponga capitas de la galleta molida, el yogur, la fruta, y las nueces.
  • Sirva.
