Ensalada Waldorf Con Manzana

Ingredients
  

  • 2 manzanas medianas
  • 1 cucharada de jugo de naranja
  • 1/2 taza de apio - picado
  • 1/2 taza de pasas
  • 1/4 taza de yogur de vainilla bajo en grasa
  • 1/4 taza de nuez - picada (opcional)

Instructions
 

  • Lávese las manos y limpie su área para cocinar.
  • Lave las manzanas y el apio. Remueva el corazon de las manzanas y córtelas en cubitos. Pique el apio.
  • Ponga las manzanas en un tazón grande con el jugo de naranja y revuelva bien.
  • Añada los ingredientes restantes a las manzanas y mezcle con cuidado.
  • Tapé y refrigeré por lo menos de dos horas.
