Ingredients
  

  • 1 lata (16 onzas) de frijoles refritos sin grasa
  • 1/2 taza de salsa
  • 2/3 taza de queso cheddar bajo en grasa, rallado

Instructions
 

  • Lávese las manos, limpie el área para cocinar y la parte superior de las latas.
  • En un tazón mediano apto para microondas, combine los frijoles, salsa y queso. Mezcle suavemente.
  • Caliente 1 minuto en el microondas o hasta que el queso se derrita.
