Ingredients
  

  • 6 panecillos ingleses
  • 1 chile morrón - picado
  • 2/3 de taza de salsa de barbacoa - (BBQ)
  • 1 1/2 taza de pollo desmenuzado - cocido
  • 3/4 de taza de queso bajo en grasa cheddar ahumado o regular - rallad
  • 1/2 cebolla roja - en rodajas

Instructions
 

  • Lávese las manos y limpie su área para cocinar.
  • Precaliente el horno a 450˚ F.
  • Corte los panecillos ingleses por la mitad y póngalos en una bandeja grande para hornear, sin engrasar.
  • Lave, talle y corte el chile morrón y la cebolla.
  • Vacíe la salsa de barbacoa sobre los muffins a una distancia de 1/4 de pulgada de orilla. Échele encima el pollo, el queso y el chile morrón.
  • Hornee de 7 a 12 minutos o hasta que el queso se derrita.
