  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 3 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 lb 93% ground turkey
  • 12 crunchy taco shells
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup tomato chopped
  • 4 oz 2% reduced-fat shredded Mexican-blend cheese
  • water if neeed

Instructions
  1. Wash your hands and vegetables. Clean your cooking area.
  2. Combine chili powder, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, dried oregano, and paprika in a small bowl.
  3. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high. Add turkey; cook 5 minutes or until browned, stirring to crumble. Sprinkle with spice mixture; cook 1 minute or until fragrant, stirring constantly. Add water (if needed); cook 4 minutes or until thickened and meat is done.
  4. Heat taco shells according to package directions.
  5. Fill shells evenly with turkey filling, lettuce, tomato, avocado, and cheese.
  6. Enjoy!

Instructions
  1. Wash hands, vegetables, and clean cooking area.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  3. Chop all your vegetable toppings.
  4. Remove crust from package and place on the baking sheet.
  5. Spread pizza sauce evenly on the crust.
  6. Add pizza toppings.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven for 8-12 minutes or until cheese in the center is melted and the crust is golden brown.
  8. Carefully remove from oven and let it stand for 5 minutes before serving.
  9. Cut into slices.
  10. Enjoy!

Instructions
  1. Lávese las manos y limpie su área para cocinar.
  2. Limpie las tapas de los alimentos enlatados ante de abrirlos.
  3. Retire los huesos grandes y la piel de salmón. Desmenuse con un tenedor.
  4. En un tazón grande, agregue el salmón, huevo, pan o galletas saladas, el ajo, la pimienta y el condimento de su gusto. Mezcle suavemente.
  5. Forme en 6 tortitas,cerca de 1/2 pulgadas de grueso.
  6. Caliente el aceite a fuego medio en una sartén grande, colocar las tortitas en aceite caliente. Cocine destapado por 3 minutos, con la espátula volteé las tortitas. Cocine por 3 - 4 minutos adicionales hasta una temeratura de 145 °F.
  7. Sirva inmediatamente. Hace un buen sándwich con pan integral, tomate, lechuga y cebolla.

  2. Mash bananas with a fork in a medium bowl until smooth. Add egg and oats and mix well.
